- Input Shaft (tractor side): 1-1/4"
- Output Shaft (auger side): 1-1/2"
- Output Shaft (to upper gearcase): 1-1/4" (upper hole uses grease zerk) (lower hole uses vent)
- Mounting bolt spacing: 4.250" x 3.875"
- For checking the oil level in gearboxes, position gearbox as level as possible and remove plug from side of gearbox (use access door on side of spout). Oil should begin to leak from the opening. If additional oil is needed, remove vent/fill plug and add oil until it begins to leak from the level check plug opening in the side. Do Not add more oil than what is recommended. Too much oil can damage seals and/or escape through the relief vent plug.
- Upper and Lower Gearboxes: Recommended oil for all working conditions, EP80W90 weight oil.
- Capacity: approx. 12 oz. (.355 L).
- The lower gearbox also has a grease zerk (lubrication fitting) that requires lubrication. Lubricate every 400 hours or annually.
- Add 1 to 2 pumps of a good quality lithium based grease (the factory uses Mobilith SHC 460 Synthetic High Temp/High Pressure grease).
