Sloan Express accepts various methods of payment. These include Visa, Mastercard, Discover and John Deere Financial(Farm Plan) for our United States Customers. Any customers outside the United States wishing to make a purchase may email us at email@example.com for further instructions.
Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to corrections. This catalog supercedes all previous Sloan Express catalogs.
The products sold by Sloan Express shall have the warranty of the manufacturer or other supplier honored for their specified period. Sloan Express makes no warranty to the items listed in this catalog. For a product warranty in question please contact us.
Not all of the products listed in this catalog are normally stocked. Non-stocked Special Order items are not returnable.
Occasionally items may be temporarily back-ordered due to circumstances beyond our control. The item will be shipped as soon as it is available, either from the Sloan Express warehouse or directly from the manufacturer/supplier.
To Return new, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days you must call 1-800-934-9777 between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday, or Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return approval number and shipping instructions.

All returns must be in new condition (excluding warranty returns). All returns other than warranty and shipping errors will have a 15% restocking fee applied.

Shortages and Claims
Please check shipments upon receipt and report any error at once. If a part of the shipment is missing or appears to be damaged, do not fail to note this fact on the carrier's receipt and make a claim immediately with the carrier. If there is a shortage or damage by our shipping department, contact us at once at 1-800-934-9777 or email us at email@example.com.
