Ground Delivery Information
- All C.O.D. orders add $10.00 and will require a money order for payment.
- Small Package Ground Shipping will be used in MOST INSTANCES EXCEPT for large, heavy or bulky items (over 150 lbs. or exceeding 165" in length and girth combined). These exceptions will be shipped out via Freight Truck LTL and freight charges will apply. Total size and weight or order can also cause the order to be shipped via Freight Truck LTL. Actual shipping charges will be charged on all Freight Truck LTL shipments.
Expedited Delivery Information
- Small Package Expedited Orders will be shipped via UPS. Orders placed by 2:00pm CST will ship same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST might ship the next business day. Delivery dates are based on business days Monday thru Friday only. Saturday and Sunday deliveries not available.
Free Shipping Promotions
- Orders over $258.99 USD within the contiguous 48 United States may qualify for free *Small Package Ground Shipping*. Freight Truck LTL orders are not included in the free shipping promotion. All Freight Truck LTL orders will be charged actual shipping cost.
- Small Package Ground Shipping* is defined as shipments not exceeding 150 lbs. in weight or 165" in length and girth combined.
Shipping Policy Outside the Continental US
- Shipping methods and times depend upon destination. Email [email protected] for charges. Customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes incurred after order leaves USA (contact your local customs office for information on such charges).
Canada Customers
- You can now order online. All orders will be shipped via UPS Standard or Freight LTL. All "in-stock" items can now be quoted in the shopping cart. Freight charges will be calculated based on shopping cart items. All other charges including import, duties and taxes are responsibility of the customer. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for payment.
