PRODUCT WARRANTY
We honor each of our manufacturer/supplier's product warranties for workmanship and material.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Non-stocked Special Order items are not returnable.
BACK-ORDERS
Occasionally items may be temporarily back-ordered due to circumstances beyond our control. The item will be shipped as soon as it is available, either from the EXPRESS warehouse or directly from the manufacturer/supplier.
RETURNS
To Return new, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days you must call 1-800-934-9777 between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday, or Email us at agparts@sloanex.com to get a return approval number and shipping instructions.

All returns must be in new condition (excluding warranty returns). All returns other than warranty and shipping errors will have a 15% restocking fee applied.

SHORTAGES AND CLAIMS
Please check shipments upon receipt and report any error at once. If a part of the shipment is missing or appears to be damaged, do not fail to note this fact on the carrier's receipt and make a claim immediately with the carrier.
